SPECIFICATION
This ADSS strain clamp’s shell and wedge are made of high strength, UV resistant thermoplastic, reinforced by fiberglass. The manufacturing process is plastic injection technology, which is available at Jera line factory. Wire bail is made of high tensile strength stianless steel which is rust-proof which guarantee long time usage.
The installation of this ADSS wedge type clamp is very easy and convenient, self-adjusting wedges, which provide the tool free installation and it can hold ADSS cable without jacket damaging. Ope type wire bail allow easy installation on pole bracket and hooks which you could find in our product group.
All Jera tension clamps passed a series of standard related type tests which are available in our internal laboratory, such as +70℃~-40℃Temperature and humidity cycling test, Tensile strength test, Aging test,Corrosion resistance test etc.
