Steel tie faste tool MBT-001 other called steel banding tensioner, it is intended for tensioning the stainless steel strip for mounting lose items together or fix fitting on poles. The tool is equipped with special blade for easily cutting the stainless steel band.
Cable tie fasten tool MBT-001 is design to applied with stainless steel tie width within 12mm, thickness within 0.3mm.
This steel tie strapping tool is made of special steel, with high quality corrosion resistance, heat resistance after high frequency heat treatment with more torque, durable. Also the tools handle is equipped with TPR, which is prevent slipping during operation.
APPLICATION
The installation of this steel tie fasten tool is very easy, Piercing band into the machine, hold the handle to tighten it, pull down the cutting handle to cut off. The cut blade through the quenching process, which improves the rigidity of steel hardness and wear resistance.
