SPECIFICATION
This tension clamp’s shell was made of aluminum alloy, wire bail was made of stainless steel which provide superior mechanical strength. Self-adjustable wedge was made of 1st grade UV resistant thermoplastic to ensure it has excellent environmental stability and allow tool free installation. Anti-drop wire bail can be attached on pole brackets or hooks easily.
Anchoring clamp JBT-1 passed a series of standard related type tests which are available in our internal laboratory, such as +70℃~-40℃Temperature and humidity cycling test, Tensile strength test, Aging test,Corrosion resistance test etc.
APPLICATION
The installation of this ADSS wedge clamp is very easy, no need special installation skill. Just chose a suitable diameter cable and put in plastic wedge, then pull the wire bail to clamp the cable well, at last attach the assembly to pole bracket or hook.
