This ADSS strain clamp is consists of main body, wedges, thimble, plastic insert, 2.5mm stainless steel bail wire, aluminum bail head. All the plastic parts are made of UV resistant plastic reinforced by nylon plastic which processed by injection technology and aluminum bail head was processed by CNC machine which is available in Jera workshop.
The installation of this wedge anchor clamp is very easy, no need additional tools. Plastic self-adjusting wedges are enough to keep the ADSS cable in tight strength position. And our wedge were designed not to damage cable jacket during installation and application. Open type wire bail allow easy installation on pole bracket or hook.
