ADSS cable spiral vibration damper VS-03 is an interference type damper to attenuate vibration amplitude by impact with its damping section. Spiral vibration damper is made of high-strength, antigenic and high-elasticity PVC plastic, easy to install and operate during aerial FTTH line constructions.
The adss spiral vibration damper reduces aeolian vibration. Aeolian vibration is a high frequency, low amplitude vibration cased by wind passing across the fiber optical cables. This vibration can cause support hardware to breakdown and fail over time. And spiral vibration damper is a low cost and high effective device to reduce aeolian vibration to prevent adss cable from damaging.
The installation of this cable vibration damper is very easy, no need other tools.
