Stainless steel banding buckles, either called stainless steel clips are used together with stainless steel straps and banding tools to fix or attach pole fittings, suspension fittings or other accessories on poles during FTTH line deployments.
Jera steel strapping buckles can be made of different stainless steel trades, just like 201, 202, 304 or 316 which depend on requirements from clients. The production is based on punching technology which is available in jera workshop. Stainless steel bands and banding tool are also available in our product range.
Compare to other suppliers, jera stainless steel band buckle have better mechanical strength and weather resistance. Stainless steel buckle has ultimate locking system which reinforced by two additional lines, which prevent the buckle from flexion, after installation. It can guarantee extra extended service life, and attaching under significant mechanical loads.
